Tribe Yoga Studio, LLC represents and warrants ownership of the logo and trade name Tribe Yoga Studio and related designations including the term “Tribe Yoga Studio” for yoga services and goods including yoga studios, yoga instruction and yoga training programs.

Any reproduction or the use of the mark Tribe Yoga Studio without prior written consent from Tribe Yoga Studio, LLC is unlawful.

GOVERNING LAW AND CONSENT TO JURISDICTION

By accessing this site you agree these terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA. You agree to the consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Texas in any dispute concerning any provision of this agreement.

 

PARTICIPATION LIABILITY AND RELEASE WAIVER

By voluntarily participating in any Tribe Yoga Studio class, training, workshop or other service I agree to the participant terms of this agreement including the acknowledgements below:

As a participant in yoga classes, programs, workshops, online materials, and events offered by Tribe Yoga Studio during which I will receive information and suggestions about yoga, health and fitness; I recognize that the activities I participate in at Tribe Yoga Studio require physical exertion which may be strenuous and may cause aggravated physical injury and I am fully aware of and willingly assume the risk and hazards involved.

I understand that it is my sole responsibility to consult with a physician prior to my participation in any of the classes, programs, workshops, online materials and events at Tribe Yoga Studio. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and have no medical condition which would prevent my full participation in these activities.

In consideration of being permitted to participate in any of the classes, programs, workshops and events at Tribe Yoga Studio I agree to assume full responsibility for any risk, injuries and damages, known or unknown, which may incur as a result of participation in the activity. I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive, release and discharge any injuries or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in the classes, programs workshops and events at Tribe Yoga Studio.

 

MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Memberships, which provide access to classes, are billed on a periodic basis as specified at time of purchase (i.e monthly, annually). Your membership subscription will continue in effect on a recurring basis corresponding to the term or your subscription unless and until you cancel your subscription or the account or the service is otherwise suspended or discontinued pursuant to this Agreement. If membership is cancelled or terminated before the end of the applicable billing cycle, Tribe Yoga Studio will not reimburse that member for the remainder of that paid month. Members may cancel their membership at any time, for any reason. Membership must be cancelled prior to the renewal date in order to avoid additional membership charges. When you purchase a membership subscription, you will initially be charged the rate applicable at the time of your agreement to subscribe. If Tribe Yoga Studio later changes the price of that subscription, Tribe Yoga Studio will notify you via email. The increase will apply to the next payment due from you after the notice, provided that you have been given at least 10 days prior notice. If you are given less than 10 days prior notice, the price increase will not apply until the payment after the next payment is due. Members of Tribe Yoga Studio may not share, give or sell their password or username to any other person or entity. Tribe Yoga Studio reserves the right to terminate your account if Tribe Yoga Studio believe you have breached any of the terms of this Agreement.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

We may collect information from you when you register on our site, subscribe to our newsletter or fill out a form. Any of the information we collect from you is used to personalize and enhance your experience. The email address you provide may be used to send you information, respond to inquiries and /or other request and questions. We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property or safety.
