“I truly believe the practice of yoga is for everybody and for every motivation. I hope my students always feel comfortable walking into my class, knowing this is a supportive, judgement free space and that they feel better in some way after practicing- whether that’s stronger, calmer, clearer, more joyful, confident and connected. Yoga has had such a profoundly positive impact on my life, it is a dream come true to be able to share this practice with others.”
When she is not on the yoga mat, Stephanie is usually out running and training for her next marathon or cheering on her teenage son on the sports fields.

Ashley Liguori
My yoga journey began in 2001 when I stumbled across Steve Ross on Inhale. It dissolved everything I thought I knew about yoga and I was instantly hooked! I received my first teacher training in 2003 and a second in 2013. I am a wife, and a mother to Olivia, Michael, JohnLuca, and my labradoodle McLovin.
When I'm not with my family, I can be found on my mat. I most enjoy teaching vinyasa flow, power yoga, arm balances, and inversions. My classes are designed to uplift the heart, build strength and cultivate a quiet that enables the practitioner to truly hear the heart.
Yoga is my church. It's the place that no matter what I'm holding on to, it always receives me with open arms and sends me on my way to a better version of myself. It's a place where I can always find God. My prayer as a teacher is that the students I'm blessed to work with leave feeling strong, empowered, and loved

Deana Elwell
Deana is a dedicated yoga instructor that will challenge the experienced yogi while also breaking down the basic asana to beginners or intermediate students. “Yoga is an important part of my life, it has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully. I will always be a student of the practice. In my classes, I love to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help deepen your practice. I seek to help others nurture their body, mind and soul with yoga so they step off their mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced”.

Erica Ramirez
Yoga is like taking a full breath of fresh air on top of a mountain by the sea. It's POWERFUL!
This healing practice blessed Erica's life 9 years ago when she began hot yoga to relieve her back pain from childbirth. Once her physical body recovered, she noticed her mental health improving. Stress, depression and self-limiting beliefs were easier to process and eventually let go. Empowered by the profound transformation from her yoga practice, Erica went to study with Ignite Yoga & Wellness and became a certified teacher in December 2018. Her intention has always been to spread the yoga love in a way that's accessible for everyone. Since then, she has taught classes outside, in a studio, private sessions, kids yoga, and yoga with live music!
Erica believes our natural state is Joy and we can return to blissful peace through our breath, movement, and mindset.
With a warm & welcoming atmosphere, Erica's flow encourages an opportunity to see how yoga can work for you. Her style is a mix of Hatha and slow-flow Vinyasa, with the focus on moving mindfully in sync with the breath. Each class includes meditation, breathwork, good music, and a lovely savasana.

Alicia Lowenstein
Â
My love and passion for yoga began after taking a class with my mother in my teens. I fell in love with the moving meditation and how balanced and strong I felt after every class. Yoga became my outlet as a way to destress, fill my own cup, and have this organic, peaceful break from the 9-5 life. I became a 200 HR Certified Yoga Teacher so I could share this ever-growing practice of physically and mentally embodying yoga with others.
My goal for teaching is to assist my students in connecting the mind, body and soul in a grounding and playful way. I love to sprinkle in my studies of astrology, spirituality, and the environment to encourage my students to tap into their most authentic selves on and off the mat.

Shannon Potter
Â
Shannon began her yoga journey in 2017 when she wanted to stop smoking. She thought yoga felt good in the body and loved learning challenging asanas including arm balances. She wasn’t completely hooked until she went through a dark period in her life. She leaned into yoga, took multiple classes a day, read ancient texts, and took a deep dive into her own mind, body, and spirit. It’s completely transformed her life into what feels like an ever-changing mandala of beauty. Shannon sought her 200-hour teacher training in Thailand, March 2022, where she studied Eastern philosophies with international teachers. She is passionate about sharing the practice that saved her. In Shannon’s classes, you can expect to feel challenged physically and be guided through your mental, emotional, and spiritual landscape.
Shannon also loves to travel the world, in search of adventure, yogic practices, and connection to spirit. She has experienced many hats ranging from white water raft guide to wilderness therapy guide. In all aspects, she is a guide at heart; for her spirit and others.

Belle
Â
Belle is a 200 HR certified yoga instructor who is passionate about helping others to feel their best. She practiced yoga on and off for years, but it wasn't until a new studio opened up across the street from her that she really fell in love with the practice. The more classes she attended, the more she began to feel that state of presence and peace she experienced on her mat was overflowing into other areas of her life. For the first time, yoga became more of a spiritual and emotional journey than just a purely physical one. This led her to pursuing her teacher training at the same studio that has become a second home to her- Tribe Yoga Studio- and she is so excited to be able to teach in this space where her yoga journey really began.
Belle believes that yoga is one of the best tools we have to increase our compassion - for ourselves, others, and the world around us - and that is just one of the many reasons that she enjoys being both a student and a teacher of yoga. She feels immensely grateful for the opportunity to guide others in what she knows can be such a positive, powerful, and transformative journey and for the beautiful community it continues to bring into her life.

Bridgett
Â
Bridgett first stepped onto the mat in 2019, thanks to free yoga classes offered by a former employer. But it wasn't until she found Tribe in the Fall of 2023 that her practice truly took root. Seeking a way to heal her body through movement, she discovered something deeper: an inner stillness and connection that kept calling her back.Â
She now holds a 200 HR certification through Tribe's very own teacher training program and loves guiding powerful vinyasa flows set to electric music. Her classes are designed to move energy through the body, creating space to quiet the mind and reconnect with self.
Off the mat, you'll often find her exploring Orlando's amusement parks, catching a concert or relaxing at home with her dog and two cats.

Let’s create some good energy together!
